HI, I’M KIMBERLY FAUSTINI.
I am a Certified School Psychologist (since 2004) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with additional certifications in Administration & Supervisory Leadership, Coaching, Crisis Prevention Intervention, Yoga, and Mindfulness.
My career began working with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, where I consulted with and trained staff, led parent trainings, and supported families in building meaningful, sustainable strategies.
In 2008, I expanded my work to include children, adolescents, and teens navigating anxiety, school phobia, ADHD, mood dysregulation, and other neurodiverse needs. During this time, I conducted Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), facilitated social skills groups, collaborated closely with families and educators, and worked alongside multidisciplinary teams.
At the heart of my work—then and now—is a simple goal: to help people feel supported, understood, and capable of success.
Building Programs
That Truly Support
Throughout my time in multiple school districts, I was constantly asking: what more can we do to support children and families?
A mentor once said to me, “Kim, if you build it, they will come.”
That encouragement led me to co-found and help lead a therapeutic school-based program designed to meet students’ emotional and behavioral needs.
For more than a decade, I:
Designed programming and service protocols
Provided intensive individual and group counseling
Trained and consulted with educators and administrators
Supported families through counseling and coaching
In leadership roles supervising Special Education and Student Support Services, my focus has always been on best practices, program enhancement, and sustainable impact.
In addition to my clinical and leadership roles, I support adults through engaging, practical learning experiences designed to meet the real challenges of everyday life.
I have become known for leading dynamic workshops, conferences, and courses focused on:
Stress management
Burnout prevention
Work–life balance
Navigating relationships alongside professional demands
Blending humor with real-life perspective, participants leave feeling refreshed, validated, and equipped with practical tools they can use immediately—not just to get through the day, but to thrive.
Teaching, Speaking & Supporting Adults
“THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE WE HAVE KNOWN ARE THOSE WHO HAVE KNOWN DEFEAT, KNOWN SUFFERING, KNOWN STRUGGLE, KNOWN LOSS, AND HAVE FOUND THEIR WAY OUT OF THE DEPTHS. THESE PERSONS HAVE AN APPRECIATION, A SENSITIVITY, AND AN UNDERSTANDING OF LIFE THAT FILLS THEM WITH COMPASSION, GENTLENESS, AND A DEEP LOVING CONCERN. BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE DO NOT JUST HAPPEN.”
Elisabeth Kübler-Ross
Beyond the Credentials
My Story
Life Beyond Work
At home, I’m a mom to a young adult son, a pre-teen daughter, and an Old English Bulldog named Gracie. I come from a large blended family with five siblings and deeply value friendships that have stood the test of time.
Pilates, sunshine, and time with the people I love sit at the top of my happy list.
Two phrases that best describe me:
“I don’t have a favorite place. I have my favorite people. And whenever I’m with my favorite people, it becomes my favorite place.” –Niyaz Ahemad
“With my whole heart, for my whole life.”
Like most of us, my life has included both joy and hardship. During periods of grief and uncertainty, I discovered the profound strength that comes from holding space for others.
There is something deeply powerful about walking alongside someone as they:
Build confidence
Gain clarity
Develop tools
Take one step forward at a time
This is where I discovered the art of coaching.
By combining my professional expertise with safe connection, solution-focused goals, and compassionate presence, I help clients create momentum and success across all areas of life.
As I reflect on my journey, I realize this way of being has always been part of me. Even as a young girl, I was drawn to understanding people, helping them recognize their own strength, expand their skills, and celebrate their growth.
That is the heart of coaching.
